Sterkonline was forced to leave Hipex in October 2016 due to a strong need for technical support and an all in one solution was considered desirable. This forced Sterkonline to also move hosting. And it didn’t go well for the shop afterwards. The performance proved to be of a much lower level and it instantly showed.

Despite frantic attempts and free optimisations, the results were lacking. The return to Hipex turned out to be a great success. .Sterkonline has proven that a faster web shop leads to higher conversions. By now, the conversion has increased from 2.3% to 3.6% within six months. Organically, Sterkonline has also clearly started to achieve better.
This immediately shows the importance of optimal performance. The faster the web shop, the higher the conversion. By now, the number of visitors has grown explosively (from an average of 55,000 per month to around 100,000 in only two months), the number of orders is increasing too because of this and the average value of the order is increasing significantly.
