SSL notifications
What kind of SSL notifications can I subscribe to and what actions do I need to take?
SSL certificate about to expire
When you are receiving this notifications you have to take on of the following actions:
- Contact our support to renew the paid certificate
- Switch the paid certificate to a Let's Encrypt certificate.
To switch the certificate go to pack.hipex.io, select the right application.
Go to settings and change www.hipex.io to Let's Encrypt by pressing on Let's Encrypt button.
SSL certificate almost expired
When you are receiving this notifications you have to take on of the following actions:
- Contact our support to renew the paid certificate
- Switch the paid certificate to a Let's Encrypt certificate.
To switch the certificate go to pack.hipex.io, select the right application.
Go to settings and change www.hipex.io to Let's Encrypt by pressing on Let's Encrypt button.
SSL certificate expired
When you are receiving this notifications you have to take on of the following actions:
- Contact our support to renew the paid certificate, to minimalize the downtime we temporary switch the paid certificate to LE. After the certificate is renewed we change the certificate back to the paid one.
- Switch the paid certificate to a Let's Encrypt certificate.
To switch the certificate go to pack.hipex.io, select the right application.
Go to settings and change www.hipex.io to Let's Encrypt by pressing on Let's Encrypt button.
